Fit’n’Wit Kidz – Physical Education Programs

 - by Mihai Catrinar

Fit’n’Wit is a program designed and planned as an entertaining activity focusing to offer a better understanding of living a healthy lifestyle by students, parents and teachers. During this activity we enjoy practicing basic movement skills and co-operative games with a high dose of fun.

At SEK Qatar, more than 70 students participated in this activity this year. They have learned new skills and they enjoyed sessions loaded with fun games. A weekly newsletter kept students and parents informed about healthy options in their lifestyle. The parents had the chance to join their children during one of the sessions that ended up with a healthy snack for all.

Special thanks to Manuel Romão, an enthusiastic and dedicated parent, who put a considerable effort into making this exceptional movie.

Enjoy the summer and stay fit!
